Aetna - Ann is so rude

I called today about copies of my prescriptions that were to be mailed to me. Talk to Ann who was so rude and would not even give me a chance to speak. I hope I never get her again on the phone if so I will definitely ask for another representative

Aetna is HORRIBLE!

Don't bother using Aetna Rx Home Delivery unless you're willing to wait at least 6 weeks to get your medicine and spend countless hours on the phone with them...oh and expect to get high blood pressure and a heart attach before they ship out your meds. Aetna is the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with!
