They decided to no longer be in network with the only hospital near me. Now we have to go an hour away if we need to be seen.

All the places that accept Aetna near me are *** I would never recommend this health insurance they are being cheap and hurting so many people who really need the care. A bunch of money hungry *** As soon as we can change we will be doing so.

Why can't companies in the United States of America hire any American people so we can understand what our problems are and how we can get them fixed? We need people who speak fluent English!

My very much needed medication copay is very high, they told me that after Ive reached my deductible my copay will go down but that did not happen yet, so Im wondering how I will be able to keep up with getting my medication consistently if I cannot afford to pay my copay.

I have canceled my plan now a couple different times and everytime it was supposed to be canceled they gave me a confirmation number and now even my primary insurrnce plan.
