These guys are awful! They have horrible customer service.

They will put you on hold and forget about you. They make you jump through so many hoops and cant get it straight especially since your paying a lot of money for their services. I have been dealing with a claim issue since may 2018 and its just a big circle getting no where. The agent I spoke to first on 7.13.18 put me on hold for 45 min, never checking back.

So I had to hang up and call back.

These guys are awful and need to get *** straight and learn how to have some customer service skills! Angry
