Horrible communication. Terrible knowledge of their product, consistently misquoting benefits, resulting in members being billed exorbitant, unnecessary out of pocket expenses. Failure to provide medically necessary treatment. Failure to provide case manager to members when services are denied. Do not care about members or their health.
