Aetna - Absolutely horrible customer service for providers. Incompetent, and all representatives do not speak good English
I have spent hours for the past 3 months trying to get an Aetna Medicare clients claims paid. Even though we have our information correct in CAQH Aetna screwed up and listed our clinical psychologist as an LPC -long story short, 3 months later and it's still not corrected.
Now they tell me the codes we are using our not payable-which is total nonsense when Medicare and all the other ins companies pay these codes-finally got ahold of a supervisor who speaks English-hoping he is competent to take care of this. They really need to get people who speak English and understand what they're doing instead of reading off a script and calling me Maam!
