On 1/5/16 about 4:00pm, I went to the cvs minute clinic to get a flu shot. I did not have my 2016 member ID number.

I called with no response, tried to log in on the website and was told to call. When I called again I accepted the call back feature. I never received I call back. I called numerous times before getting ahold of someone who told me the 2016 ID numbers were still being generated.

I am paying for insurance and I don't even have a member ID number! I paid out of pocket at the cvs pharmacy.

I was told to call claims and benefits (866-833-****) and was waiting over an hour to be helped.

I am planning to seek federal government assistance for this big issue.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $32.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Aetna Cons: Untruthful, Lack of concern, Struggling to get consistant care, Slow claims, Coverage.

It happened to me too. They said I have to activate again, but they never tell or call me that it's not 2015 anymore so you have to activate for 2016.

The thing is they can send a letter to my condo and tell me I have to pay more for this year. Thank for suck service!

This has happened to me. I tried to get prescriptions filled and was given the run around.

I even had my card. Terrible saying the least. I have been on the phone for hours at a time, day after day and I am getting nowhere. They say they will call back.

Still no resolved after 1 week.
