I am having a dispute with Aetna Home Delivery over an RX I received (but had not ordered) at the end of December. At that time I was in the Medicare "gap" period and had to pay 100% out of pocket for any medications. I was waiting until 1/1/09 when my benefits started over again before refilling anything. I contacted Aetna about the mistake, returned the package, and had the charges removed from my credit card. Now Aetna is threatening not to fill any of my prescriptions. I have heart disease (3 stents), a recurrence of breast cancer, and I'm an insulin dependent diabetic. I take 11 different medications many of which are extremely expensive.(My Arimidex has a retail cost of nearly $1000 for a 90 day supply). Needless to say I need my medications, but this is still unresolved. And I'm exhausted from all the phone calls and emails to Aetna to no avail. MJ
