I was terminated by Fidelitone on November 11,2008 and went to the Dr. on the 12th and Aetna is saying it is the companies fault the bill wasn't paid and Fidelitone will not answer my phone messages can anyone help? I am getting threatening letters from the Doctors office and now they do not want me as a patient because of the bill that is owed $1,982.00 I am unemployed and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I need this Dr. do I explain my situation with the Doctor is there anyone that can help me get information about what to do please.
